Two people have been arrested after a man was left in a critical condition after suffering a serious head injury during a disturbance.
The incident happened in Woodbury Park Road, Tunbridge Wells, on Tuesday at around 10.55pm.
Officers attended and a man was taken to a local hospital before being transferred to a London site where he is fighting for his life.
Two men were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and taken into custody. They have since been bailed, pending further inquiries until July 26.
Police are now seeking information about the incident.
Detective Chief Inspector Neil Kimber said: “We are working to establish the full circumstances and are urging anyone who may have seen or heard anything to contact us.
“Residents in and near Woodbury Park Road should check any doorbell cameras or privately held CCTV.
“We are also asking drivers who may have been passing through the area to review any dashcam footage.”
