Vodafone users in Tunbridge Wells have experienced a number of problems with the network.
Customers of the well-known provider were left with no signal this morning and experienced patchy service throughout yesterday.
A spokesman for Vodafone UK said a local mast developed a fault over the weekend and engineers were unable to gain permission to access the site until today.
It's understood the problem has now been addressed by engineers and service should return to normal.
They added: "We're sorry some of our customers in Tunbridge Wells have been experiencing signal problems recently. Our engineers have been on site and service has been restored."
