A woman was trapped underneath a vehicle after she was struck in Tunbridge Wells.
The pedestrian was hit by a car in Vale Road, at around 8.10am today.
She was freed from the wreckage with injuries not thought to be life threatening.
South East Coast Ambulance sent two cars and two ambulances to the scene, as well as the air ambulance.
The helicopter landed on Tunbridge Wells common but was stood down.
The woman, who is in her 30s, was taken by ground crews to Tunbridge Wells Hospital with suspected pelvic and chest injuries.
The incident, which happened near Morrisons supermarket, has caused traffic delays in the area through to Southborough.
