Folkestone Invicta entertain North Greenford United and Cray Wanderers make the trip to Bognor.
There will be at least one Southern Counties East club in the Second Qualifying Round after Phoenix Sports were paired at home to Rusthall, who knocked out Ramsgate on Saturday, and are at this stage of the competition for the first time in their history.
Corinthian, 3-0 winners at home to Guildford City, will make the trip to Met Police while Herne Bay host Horsham.
Erith Town have been drawn away to Three Bridges after beating Bedfont Sports on Saturday while Beckenham visit East Grinstead.
Cray Valley's reward for winning at Glebe is a home tie with Isthmian Premier Hastings while VCD will make the trip to Carshalton.
Sevenoaks will host Kingstonian if they can get past Merstham in a midweek replay. Also in midweek action are Hythe, who know they will host Hayes & Yeading if they can beat Raynes Park Vale in a replay.
Sheppey will be at home to Isthmian Premier Lewes if they can win their replay at Newhaven. The winners of Fisher's replay at Sittingbourne have been drawn at home to Spelthorne Sports.
Chatham, who won 2-0 at Colliers Wood, are on the road again, this time against Midhurst & Easebourne.
Ashford United have been drawn at home to Hanworth Villa.
Ties are due to be played on Saturday, September 3.
Winning teams will pocked £2,250 in prize money with losing sides collecting £750.
