Half-centuries from Rupert Harbig (54 not out) and opener Sanghajit Wilmott (53) then guided Holmesdale home in the 44th over despite Joe Gordon’s 3-57 and economical Connor Dale (2-17) bowling.
Second-placed Bexley are just five points off the summit after they eased past hosts Sandwich Town.
They had been restricted to 98-7, only for Kent’s Jas Singh (41) and Ahmed Jamal (36) to dig in well in their total of 173. Rory Smith (3-20) and Australian overseas James Bazley (3-31) among the wickets for Sandwich.
In their reply, only Ryan Davies (33) offered any resistance while Jamal (3-14), Harry Dowling (3-24) and 20-year-old Singh (3-33) doing the bulk of the work.
Second-bottom Sevenoaks Vine moved level on points with Blackheath, beating them by 51 runs.
The hosts reached 238-7 from their 50-over allocation largely thanks to Sevenoaks skipper Luke Schlemmer’s 97, despite a second-ball duck for Kent opener Ben Compton.
