An accident has closed Benenden Road, in Biddenden.

The incident occurred near the Castletons Oak pub at around 3.40pm at the junction of Cranbrook Road and Tenterden Road.

One of the cars involved has struck a house.

Ambulance crews attended to one driver with a minor injury. Nobody in the house was harmed.

Police are investigating how the crash occured.
