Hundreds of residents were left without power this morning after a lorry struck power lines.
Electricity supplies were cut off to 761 homes around Marden, following the crash in the Albion Road area just after 11.10am.
The crash has left wires strewn across the road, causing Kent Police to close the road until repairs are complete.
Power was restored to most homes by 12.35pm, though 76 customers are still waiting for power to be restored.
UK Power Network said its engineers are "working as quickly as possible to restore electricity supplies."
A spokesperson from Kent Police said: "We were called at 11.22am to Albion Road, Marden following reports a lorry had collided with an electricity cable.
"No injuries were reported."
