A dog named after the friendly ghost in a children’s cartoon has gone missing from a house in Headcorn.
Casper, a four-year-old bichon frisé chihuahua cross, disappeared from Plumtree Road on Monday, October 19.
Tony Gallagher bought the dog when his eldest grandchild was born and now his six grandchildren, Mya, five, Markie, three, Amelia, three, Jacob, two, Erin, one, and Fern, four months, all think of Casper as their pet.
Mr Gallagher said: “He wouldn’t go off with anyone, he’s frightened of his own shadow.”
The dog was not microchipped and police have been informed.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting 19-0679.
