PD Biggy assists in search for suspected thief in Tudeley, near Tonbridge

A police dog's keen nose led to the arrest of a suspected thief.

Officers were called to a report of two trespassers trying to enter a building in Half Moon Lane, Tudeley, near Tonbridge, at 10.35pm yesterday.

The suspects were reported to have removed around 30 tiles from the building's roof.

A search was carried out with the help of PD Biggy and a 33-year-old from Pembury was found in a nearby field.

He was arrested and later released while the investigation continues.

The second suspect has not been found.
