Police hunt Ford Kuga driver after two-car crash in Headcorn

Police are hunting for a driver who fled the scene of a two car collision at the weekend.

On Saturday, officers were called to North Street in Headcorn, to reports of a serious crash.

It involved a Ford Fiesta and a Ford Kuga at around 7pm.

Officers were joined by the ambulance service and there were no serious injuries reported.

The driver of the Kuga left the scene on foot before police attended and the force is now looking for him.

A police spokesman said: "This vehicle has been seized and inquiries to locate him are ongoing."
