Staplehurst: Police detain seven migrants in Frittenden Road

Several migrants have been detained after being found in the back of a lorry in Staplehurst.

Police were called to Frittenden Road just after 9am to reports seven people had been found in a Spanish Gómez lorry.

A spokesman said immigration authorities have been informed, with the vehicle stopped at the junction with High Street.
