He was 19 and the father of a young daughter who will turn one in September.

His parents, Kate and Neil Robertson, say they have been overwhelmed with support since the tragedy.

They said: “There are no words we can use to describe our utter grief at this time.

“Archie James Danger Robertson was a beautiful, kind, caring and fiercely protective son, brother, father, partner, grandson, uncle and great friend.

“He will be missed so very much and the world had yet to see the full force of what a great man he would have become. Archie was born in Cyprus, but Wittersham was very much his home.

“Archie was a doting young father, he loved nature, the great outdoors, his job and life.”

“We would like to take this time to thank the overwhelming support of his friends and wonderful community who have wrapped us in a blanket.

“We would also like to thank wholeheartedly, Kent Police who have been steadfast in their support.

“Our darling boy, you are gone too soon, we will miss you to the end of our days. My goodness though, you came, you saw, you conquered!”

Archie’s family moved to Wittersham, near Tenterden, in 2015, where Archie completed his last year of primary education at Wittersham Primary School.

He then went to Homewood School in Tenterden.
