Police have appealed for information today after a rare classic car was stolen from a yard in Cranbrook.

The vintage Bentley Coupe was being stored in a trailer in Hawkhurst road when it was taken sometime between 9am on Friday April 1 and 7am the following Friday (April 5).

Police have only now released information about the crime.
