A missing teenager last seen at a railway station has been found.

Lilly-Ellen Smith, from Cranbrook, was last spotted at Sittingbourne station at 7pm yesterday (September 4).

Police have since confirmed she has now been found safe and well.

They would like to thank all those who assisted in the search to locate her.
