A homeowner has resorted to designing an explicit poster as his feud with a council about a broken drain has dragged on for 10 months.
Peter Hall reported a broken drain outside his Sissinghurst home in August 2018, but despite a couple of efforts to resolve the issue his front garden is still suffering.
Mr Hall, who lives on the A262 Sissinghurst Road, said his hedge had been ruined as a result and has made his feelings known with a poster branding Kent County Councillors "a bunch of w*****s".
He said: "I started with the parish council and I got stupid. They got confused with another leak down the road.
"It's gone on and on and on.
"At one stage a couple of youngsters came with a truck and made such a noise just 100 yards from my workshop. They said the job was too much for them and left."
The water company then tried to sort out the issue but the leaking drain is still damaging Mr Hall's property including his Holly hedge.
He said: "A water tanker from Horsham came and I told them where the leak is but they tried somewhere else. They must have had 20,000 litres and they said they were going to ran out of water.
"They went off for lunch and the road closure permits was still in place.
"I put the poster up a while ago last year. My wife would have had a fit if she had seen it."
Mr Hall had a phone number for KCC leader Paul Carter for use in emergency following an unrelated matter and has tried, but failed, to reach him on a number of occasions.
He added: "I was given Paul Carter's number for emergencies when we had problems here before but there was no answer.
"I had been on the phone to the emergency number for traffic problems and all I ever had back was that it was under consideration.
"It is going to cost thousands to replace the hedge."
A spokesman for KCC said: "Unfortunately this is not a simple issue with one fix and accounts for about seven different enquiries and several attempts to find a solution.
“Following a CCTV survey we found roots in the line which was dealt with.
“However, the issue of poorly functioning gullies are in connection to blocked ditches upstream. The landowners have been contact and we are waiting for the landowners, who are responsible for the ditches, to arrange for the blocked sections to be cleared to ensure the drains can flow freely.
“Water on the road was addressed by the water company back in August.”
