Stars descended on Paddock Wood as the town's Christmas tree was lit up.

Glen Scott from kmfm's The Hit List was joined at the event by Gogglebox favourite Sandi Bogle, X Factor boyband Yes Lad, Santa, and stars of the Assembly Hall's panto, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

There was plenty of entertainment, including performances by Kent's Rock Choir, and a music act from Mascalls Academy in Paddock Wood.

Boy band Yes Lad, who made it as far as Judge's Houses, proved a hit at Fremlin Walk's Christmas lights switch-on last week.

They told kmfm they love these events and were proud to do the honours at Paddock Wood.
