Police are this morning investigating a suspected arson in Paddock Wood.

Two fire engines attended Cogate Road just before 3am after reports that a van was on fire on a drive way.

They extinguished the blaze before leaving at 3.18am.

Kent Police also went to the scene of the blaze, which destroyed the vehicles engine.
