Police have arrested two people after a series of thefts from vehicles.
Eleven offences were committed overnight on Thursday, November 3 and Friday, November 4 in Paddock Wood.
An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy, both from Ashford, have been arrested in connection to the incidents.
Items stolen included sat-navs, a digital camera, and money.
Roads targeted included Ewins Close, Bullfinch Close, Goldfinch Close, and St Andrew's Close.
Sergeant Dave Higham said: "We would like to hear from anyone who believes they witnessed anything suspicious in Paddock Wood overnight on 3 and 4 November.
"We would also like to hear from anyone who believes they have been targeted but have not reported the incident to us.
"Residents are also reminded that there are a number of simple steps that can be taken which could reduce their chances of falling victim to this type of offence.
"Most incidents of this nature are opportunistic and ensuring all doors and windows are locked when vehicles are left unattended is often enough to deter a would-be thief.
"Also, ensure that you park in a secure location such as a garage, if possible, or an area that is well-lit. Remove valuable items from the vehicle overnight and do not leave them on open display when the vehicle is left unattended during the day.
"Finally, when parking at home, keep your car keys in a place that is not visible from the outside."
The two men have been released on bail, pending further enquiries, until Tuesday, December 13.
If anyone has any information on the offences they are asked to call Kent Police on 01622 604100 quoting YY/24606/16.
