Three fire engines were called to a blaze at an outbuilding in Benenden near Cranbrook.
Crews arrived in Cranbrook Road just before 6.30pm and spent an hour at the scene.
They used main jets and water from a hydrant to put the flames out.
Nobody was injured and the cause is not yet known.
