Yoga Creative is a new yoga company with a light and airy studio at the Rye Creative Centre, TN31 7LS. Teaching is inspired by the precision and grace of Anusara Yoga and the studio is fully equipped with the right props that allow you to personalise your practice to find space, length and balanced alignment in every pose, helping you feel more energised, enabling you to steady your breath.

Classes include therapeutic elements of vinyasa flow, asana workshops, mantra and mudra, pranayama breath work, deeply relaxing yoga nidra, and weave in sacred yoga philosophy.

Certified Yoga Instructor Jojo Hancock studied at Triyoga, London's leading teacher training centre and is a member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
