She first visited Ibiza in the 80s which created a love affair that continues to this day. During the summers of ’86 and ’87 her home was the club Amnesia where she spent long nights dancing in front of the speakers to the sounds of Leo Mas and Alfredo, often venturing up to ask what the record was they had just played.

Eddie Piller is a DJ, radio show host, author and founder/managing director of Acid Jazz Records.

Alongside Gilles Peter­son, Piller start­ed Acid Jazz Records in 1987. Signing James Tay­lor Quar­tet, the label included Cor­duroy, Brand New Heav­ies and Jamiro­quai.
