Classical Music Concert

An evening of classical music with George, Jessica and members of the Canterbury Symphony Orchestra. Raising money for the Epilepsy Society in memory of Laura Knox, a Canterbury-based artist.
On 1st November at 7:30pm, join us for an enchanting evening of classical music for piano and violin. The programme will include Brahms’s Four Ballades Op. 10 for solo piano, Schumann’s Sonata for violin and piano in A minor Op. 105, and chamber music works by Schubert and Borodin, for which George and Jessica will be joined by players from the Canterbury Symphony Orchestra.

The concert will have an interval, during which refreshments will be served.

All proceeds from the evening will go to the Epilepsy Society in memory of George’s cousin Laura Knox, a young Canterbury-based artist, who tragically passed away in May this year following an epileptic seizure.

The Epilepsy Society is the UK’s only charity transforming the lives of people with epilepsy through world-leading research, advocacy and care. They fund cutting-edge research and provide invaluable support, care services and advocacy to people who are affected by epilepsy.
