1. Bring your item for repair to the Malling and District Repair Cafe and book in with one of our volunteers who will direct you to the correct repair station.

2. Head to the repair station and chat with our volunteers who will try their very best to help you.

3. If the item can be repaired there and then the volunteer will set to work! If not, they will try to help by advising you if there's a part that you need to purchase.

4. Please stay with your item while the volunteer helps you. We're unable to offer a drop-off and collect later service.

5. Complete your visit with a lovely hot beverage and maybe a slice of cake at the wonderful café

Please note, we're unable to repair microwaves.
