Matchbox Opera Classics

Tunbridge Wells singer and GP honoured by local opera company. Matchbox Opera are returning to Tunbridge Wells to honour one of their beloved members who passed away last year.
Founded in 2002, Matchbox Opera regularly staged intimate opera in and around Tunbridge Wells, with their last production in 2019. Sadly, the pandemic forced them to shut down production in 2020, and they were dealt a bitter blow last year, when one of their stalwart members, Dr Mark Pasola, sadly died.

The company are coming together on Saturday 27th April, at King Charles The Martyr Church in Tunbridge Wells to honour Dr Pasola, and perform music which he loved.

The concert will be supporting Mental Health Resource, a charity based in Tunbridge Wells.

The concert is non-ticketed, with no requirement to book. You can make a donation either before the evening, via the link, or on the evening itself either in cash or via cards/contactless.
