Art Workshop for Children Inspired by Grayson Perry

A fun and creative workshop for all school-aged children, exploring the whimsical world of Grayson Perry's childhood teddy, Alan Measles, and creating their own person A3 canvas artwork.
In this whimsical workshop, children will explore Grayson Perry's vibrant world and his childhood companion, Alan Measles, a teddy bear who shaped his artistic journey. From superhero to deity, Alan inspired playful, meaningful works. Now, your child will create their own masterpiece, honouring a favourite toy or cherished object through art.

Using A3 canvases, children will paint and draw, bringing their toys to life in Perry’s colourful, decorative, and imaginative style. The workshop encourages them to explore the emotional power of toys, turning these objects into symbols of joy and memory.

Discover Perry's world, where toys hold deep significance and inspire creativity.

This is a celebration of creativity, where fun and confidence take centre stage, not perfection.

Parents can drop off or stay to support younger children.

Join us for a fun, imaginative experience where your child’s creativity can shine!
