He's got a string of Hollywood credits to his name as well as being an award-winning comedian - and he's coming to Kent.

Omid Djalili has announced two dates in the county.

Tickets have gone on sale for the dates at the Horsebridge Centre in Whitstable and the Hazlitt Theatre in Maidstone on Friday, April 22.

Omid will be bringing his energetic and captivating comedy masterclass to Kent as part of his new 41-date 2016 UK tour.

His acting credits include Gladiator, The Mummy, Mr Nice and The Infidel, and he was also executive producer of We Are Many, a documentary about the global anti-war demonstrations in 800 cities in February 2003.

He will be at the Horsebridge Centre in Whitstable on Wednesday, March 30 2016 and Thursday, March 31, and at the Hazlitt Theatre in Maidstone.
