Kent Life Heritage Farm Park, near Maidstone, is launching its first Bugs and Grubs Weekend.

Bug-themed activities and animal encounters will include taking the nature trail to find as many hidden creatures as possible and coming face-to-face with creepy crawlies such as African land snails, scorpions, stick insects and tarantulas. Visitors can make their own insect habitat to take home.

It will be held on Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8, 10am to 5pm. Tickets cost £7.20 for adults and £6 children aged three to 15.
