Camp comedian Julian Clary will be celebrating 30 years in the business with two dates in Kent.

The author and TV presenter, who lives in Aldington, near Ashford, will be in Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury in April as part of his The Joy of Mincing tour.

He'll be telling tales of the ups and downs of his love life, the true and heart-stopping account of how he saved Dame Joan Collins’ life, and even the perils of his DIY electrical home enema kit.

He might even hand out honours to a lucky few in the audience too.

His colourful career has seen him win Celebrity Big Brother in 2012, become a Sunday Times best-selling novelist, and has recently become a children's author.

He'll also be launching the second instalment of his book series The Bolds with The Bolds to the Rescue on March 3.

He'll be at the Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells on Friday, April 22 and at the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury on Sunday, April 24.
