A popular five-day music festival held at multiple venues across a town is set to return this spring.

Maidstone Fringe Festival's 10th annual event was due to be held in 2020 but had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.

Now organisers Make Some Noise have announced it will return this year, and will be held from Thursday, April 28 to Bank Holiday Monday, May 2.

Confirmed venues so far to host acts include: the Style & Winch, Market House, Frederic, The Made Inn, The Flower Pot, Drakes, The Duke Of Marlborough, The Rifle Volunteers and The Coach House.

There will be a focus on Kent-based talent, from indie and alternative rock, psychedelia, through to ska, blues, acoustic / folk, pop and soul, DJ events and performance poetry/spoken word.

Acts so far confirmed to play include The Sweetchunks Band, Toot ‘N’ Skamen, Band Of Rogues, Queen Phosphene and Spinner.
