Comedian Julian Clary has announced a string of nationwide tour dates for next year.
The funnyman will be taking his new show, A Fistful of Clary, on the road for 45 dates in 2024, including nights in Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury.
Tickets go on general sale on Thursday, July 6. You can book tickets online here.
The tour will also include two shows at the London Palladium, where the comic performs in the annual Christmas pantomime.
This December will mark Julian’s eighth year as part of the Palladium panto and will see him star in Peter Pan alongside Jennifer Saunders.
A Fistful of Clary will have a quirky Western theme, with a small number of fans being invited on stage to join the former game show host in his Hang ‘Em Low Saloon.
The tour announcement comes shortly after the 64-year-old was revealed to be taking part in the 16th series of Taskmaster with Lucy Beaumont, Sam Campbell, Sue Perkins and Susan Wokoma.
The show, hosted by Greg Davies and Alex Horne, sees comedians tackle out-of-the-box tasks in a bid to win the Taskmaster trophy.
Previous series have featured the likes of Frank Skinner, Hugh Dennis, Aisling Bea, James Acaster and Romesh Ranganathan.
It was also recently announced that the former Kent resident, who lived in Aldington until 2019, will be starring as Herod in the upcoming UK tour of Jesus Christ Superstar.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s acclaimed musical will begin touring theatres in September this year.
The Olivier Award-winning show will come to Bromley, Canterbury and Dartford next year.
However, the comedian will be stepping down from the role in October, before any of the Kent dates.
Julian Clary will be performing his stand-up show at the Assembly Hall Theatre in Tunbridge Wells on Saturday, April 13 and at the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury on Thursday, April 25.
