Award-winning folk band Bellowhead to play at Folkestone's Leas Cliff Hall

Break out the balloons, party hats and let the good times roll.

There’s bound to be a real old-fashioned shindig when Bellowhead perform in the county this weekend.

Five times winner of Best Live Act in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards, the madcap 11-piece band are renowned for their energetic, theatrical shows.

And they will be bringing their unique fusion of folk, funk, rock, world, jazz, music hall and classical music to Folkestone’s Leas Cliff Hall on Saturday, November 23.

Bellowhead will be performing hits from their fourth album Broadside, named Best Album in this year’s BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and getting audiences into the festive spirit with new single Christmas Bells/Jingle Bells.
