Are you feeling frazzled?

Then comedian Ruby Wax, a long-time campaigner for mental health issues, is here to help.

Based on her bestselling book, A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled, Ruby will be helping you “de-frazzle” your life and give you a guide to saner living.

Ruby Wax will be at the Assembly Hall Theatre during Mental Health Awareness Week

Her show comes to the Assembly Hall Theatre in Tunbridge Wells on Wednesday, May 10, during Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs until Sunday, May 14.

The US comedian, who has a Master’s degree in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy from Oxford University, aims to give a tour of the mind – how to use it and how not to lose it.

She said: “My entertaining show will remain conversational, as well as being funny and insightful. This is your passport to saner living. I might not be sane myself but I do a pretty good imitation.”

For tickets at £30 visit assemblyhalltheatre.co.uk or call 01892 530613.
