Some of the biggest selling pop artists from the ‘90s and ‘00s will be celebrating a Kent festival’s fifth anniversary.
Revival in the Park is throwing a birthday weekender with artists such as Peter Andre, Gareth Gates, Blazin’ Squad and more set to perform.
The retro festival returns to Mote Park in Maidstone on Friday, July 14 and Saturday, July 15. Tickets can be booked online here.
Performing alongside Mysterious Girl singer Peter Andre, Pop Idol icon Gareth Gates and hip-hop group Blazin’ Squad will be members of chart-topping bands The Wanted and Girls Aloud.
Irish singer Nadine Coyle, who found fame as a member of Girls Aloud with singles such as Love Machine and Sound of the Underground, and The Wanted’s Max George, who also appeared on the X Factor with boy band Avenue, will be performing some of their biggest hits.
They will join the likes of American house DJ Todd Terry, ‘90s duo DJ Luck and MC Neat, and garage group Artful Dodger, who have already been announced.
The full line-up also boasts a number of DJs, such as DJ Redhot, DJ Bugzee, DJ Sugars and DJ Fluid, and Jilted Generation, a Keith Flint tribute.
The throwback festival is introducing camping for the first time this year, with limited weekend camping tickets available.
Visitors with a camping ticket can enjoy benefits such as luxury toilets, a campsite bar, showers, phone charging stations and campsite food vendors.
The two-day event will also feature street food, a beer, cider and ale village, gin and prosecco bars, funfair rides and family activities.
Revival in the Park is part of the Park Live series of events taking place in Mote Park this summer, including Rock the Mote and brand new rock festival Maid of Stone.
