Disco legend Gwen Dickey will roll back the clock with a night of funk and soul at a Maidstone nightspot.
The singer shot to fame in the 1970s with band Rose Royce, whose massive hits include Car Wash, Love Don’t Live Here Anymore, I Wanna Get Next to You and Wishing on a Star.
She will be performing at the Christmas Soul evening at Banks Bar, along with DJs Greg Edwards and Jeff Young. Doors open at 8pm on Saturday, December 14.
