Mini golf to take the family to for a day out across Kent

With more attractions opening across Kent, there are now plenty of ways to spend a day outside for families, including mini golf.

There are a number of sites where you can enjoy a game of golf, crazy style - we’ve picked seven to try across the county...

Mr Mulligan’s, Tonbridge

If your little ones go crazy for dinosaurs, the site in Cannon Lane is the perfect place to head to, where you can go on a mini adventure, surrounded by dinosaurs at every turn and take on 18 holes. Book online here, or call 01732 365923.

Herne Bay Mini Golf

Take in the sea views at the 18 hole mini golf course alongside Herne Bay seafront at Central Parade. Find out more at the Facebook page here.

Cinderella Crazy Golf, Hythe

If you’re up for the challenge and you can beat hole 18, you’ll get a free game. Tucked away in the countryside at Burmarsh Road just outside Hythe, the course has all sorts of bumps and hazards to take on. There is also pitch and putt available. Find out more here.

Quex Adventure Golf, Birchington On Sea

The course, which is part of Thanet’s Quex Activity Centre, is open Tuesdays to Sundays through to September and costs £6.50 for adults and £8 for adults. Find out more here.

Leeds Castle Adventure Golf

There’s a miniature adventure to be had at the 12 hole adventure golf course, which has mini castles to work your way around whatever the weather. The fully accessible site costs £2 for adults and £1.50 for children plus usual admission costs. Book and find out more here.

Pirate Cove, Bluewater

Take a swashbuckling adventure and step aboard the adventure golf course at the Greenhithe shopping centre, which has two fun-filled 18 hole courses. There’s a pirate ship and smugglers’ caves to head through on your way around the lake. Find out more here.

Charlie's Mini Golf, Folkestone Harbour Arm

The new nine hole course at Folkestone Harbour Arm is open daily until Sunday, April 18.

The course comes from Charlie Hodsdon, who has taken inspiration from Folkestone for the design.

One of the holes includes a lighthouse, similar to the one on the arm, and another includes a painted house, a nod to the Holiday Homes artwork scattered around the town. Find out more here.

It will be open everyday from 10am to 6pm and then be open at weekends and throughout the summer holidays.

A round costs £2.50, with under threes free.
