Emmerdale, Holby City and Hollyoaks star Gemma Atkinson will be in the county this weekend to promote her new health and fitness book.

The actress and model, who reached the final of Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, has been working on transforming her own fitness for some time, and has been blogging about her journey.

She has now released The Ultimate Body Plan, featuring 75 delicious recipes paired with a workout plan, and will be at Waterstones in Bluewater to sign copies and meet fans on Saturday, January 12.

Her guide, alongside its fitness routines and recipes, aims to encourage people to help improve their mental attitude as they embark on their journey to a fit, strong and healthy body.

Gemma recently set up home with Strictly dancer Gorka Marquez, who was paired with singer Alexandra Burke for the 2017 Strictly.

The signing is at 11am on Saturday, January 12 and fans need to have a copy of The Ultimate Body Plan to meet her.

Copies will be available to buy from Waterstones on the day.
