Strange things will be happening at Canterbury’s Beaney Museum.
Kent’s innovative theatre company, Accidental Collective, is taking over the building for the latest in its Pot Luck performance series.
As visitors make their way around the halls and corridors of the historic venue, they will encounter a weird and wonderful range of groundbreaking entertainment, including dance, music, and mime.
Performers will include the Culture Device Dance Project, a company for dancers with Down’s Syndrome; artist Evanthia Afstralou, with her work titled Reading the Canterbury Tales to a Fish; and London-based choreographer and performer Antje Hildebrand.
Visitors will also be able to see a specially commissioned piece by award-winning UK art group Genetic Moo, which creates interactive video installations.
The event on Saturday, December 14, will see artists mingling with the audience after they have performed, enabling them to chat informally about their work.
It starts at 7pm, with tickets priced £7. Visit www.accidentalcollective.co.uk/pot-luck
