Looking to pick up a bargain? Check out these boot fairs across the county
Just off the A20, close to West Malling Golf Club, this always busy boot fair has been pulling in bargain hunters on Saturday mornings for years. Now in its 20th year, fairs take place every Saturday until late summer.
Entry for buyers is 50p with children free. Sellers' pitches cost £10 for cars, £12 car and trailer and £14 large vans.

Ashford: Hobbs Parker, Orbital Park
This huge market-come-boot fair has around 2,000 visitors each weekend. Open every Saturday and Sunday throughout the year it is held on Orbital Park, Ashford. Stalls can be found inside and out, with toilets and food available. Entrance is free on a Saturday, and costs £1 for cars and 50p for pedestrians on a Sunday. Canterbury: Wincheap Park and Ride
Just off the A2, this busy weekly fair is held at Wincheap Park and Ride, Ten Perch Road, Canterbury, CT1 3TQ on Sundays year-round with the exception of November and December. Sellers looking to turn old or unwanted possessions into cash can hire a bay from the council for £11. Buyers are guaranteed to find a wide range of vintage wares and are admitted from 7.30am. Early arrival is advised. Facilities include toilets and plenty of vans selling refreshments, with parking at the Morrison's next door.
Dover: Tilmanstone Boot Fair
Just off the A256 roundabout for Tilmanstone, Eythorne and Shepherdswell, this sales event attracts people from far and wide.

Folkestone: St Mary's College Playing Field, Shorncliffe Road
Up to 100 stalls can be found at the Folkestone boot fair, held at St Mary's College Playing Field, in Shorncliffe Road, Folkestone, CT20 2PG. Refreshments and toilets are on site, and dogs are welcome. Visitors are asked for a donation on the gate to be split between charities Macmillan Cancer Support and Cardiac Risk for the Young (CRY), Stalls cost £10 for cars and £12 for vans and trailers, with no booking required. Gates open at 7am for sellers and 7.30am for buyers. The first boot fair will be held on Saturday, April 13 and then fortnightly for four weeks. Gravesend: Farmboy’s County Boot Sale
Run by South East London and Kent Promotions on Sundays, you can find the fair at Foxhounds Lane, Southfleet B262, just past Millbrook Garden Centre, between Southfleet & Gravesend. Field sits alongside A2 Gravesend & Northfleet exit. It is described as a very busy sale with thousands of bargains to be had. Car entry is £11 for sellers and £2 for buyers. Maidstone: Lockmeadow, Barker Road

Leybourne Boot Fair
The fair held on the A228, Leybourne, ME19 5HW, will be held on Sunday, June 9 and fortnightly thereafter, from 6am. It costs 50p admission and is free for children and OAPs. Stallholders pay £10 for cars and small vans or £12 for large vans. For more details call 07818 632519.
Medway: Hempstead Lazybone Boot Fair
This popular boot fair is currently on a break and will be back on Sunday, June 2. It is held at Broomfield Farm, Hempstead Road, Gillingham off of the M2. Keep up to date on when it will begin again go here.
Greenfields Boot Fair used to held every Sunday but its next day is on Bank Holiday weekend, Sunday, May 26 and Bank Holiday Monday, May 27. The boot fair is just off of Upnor Road, off of the A289. Medway: Westmoor Farm Boot Fair
This boot fair in begins again on Sunday, April 28 at Westmoor Nursery, Moor Street, Rainham, Medway. Entry to buyers is free and for sellers is from £10. There is usually a baker and a greengrocer on site. For more information, visit facebook.com/westmoorfarmbootfair/ or call 01634 378886.
The weekend boot fair will be on weekends throughout the year until the end of October, including bank holidays. Most will take place among the oast houses in the Maidstone Road farm grounds in Paddock Wood, Tonbridge, TN12 6PY with a few at Badsell Road. Contact the organiser to find out dates. Traders can expect a standard price of £10 to pitch either a car or van, and must sell from 1pm until at least 3pm. Display tables can be borrowed for an additional £10. Early entry from 9.30am to 11.30am is £15. and the public come along for £1 before 2pm and 50p after. Toilets and refreshments are available and no booking is needed.

Sheppey: Leysdown
Based in the heart of one of the county's busiest resorts on the Isle of Sheppey, Leysdown Boot Fair has been going for 27 years. It is held off Leysdown Road, Leysdown, every Sunday from March to the end of October. Fairs are also held on Bank Holiday Mondays and on Wednesdays during the school summer holidays. There are toilets and lots of parking, which is free. Registered charities can apply for free pitches. A raffle is held every week for good causes helping the homeless. Entry for buyers is free. Wallend Farm, Lower Road, Minster (ME12 3RR) hosts Wallend Boot Fair on Saturdays. It has been going for more than 12 years. There's also one held on Fridays at Cowstead Farm, on the opposite side of the Lower Road. There are toilets and plenty of refreshments. There is no need to book, just turn up. Staplehurst: Station Approach
Staplehurst Car Boot Sale welcomes bargain hunters all year round, unless bad weather dictates otherwise, so best to call ahead if it is stormy out. Early risers can begin setting up stalls from 6am, with buyers welcome an hour later. Located in the train station car park in Station Approach, TN12 0QR, cars are £12 and vans £15.
