Basement Jaxx announce their return to the stage after 10 years with a summer concert in Kent.

While the pair have performed DJ sets at festivals over the past decade, next year’s concert will mark the first time since 2005 that the group has played a live show.
The gig will celebrate more than 30 years since Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe first joined forces and formed the band Basement Jaxx.
Their hits include Red Alert, Rendez-Vu and Where's Your Head At and they have won the BRIT Award for Best British Dance Act twice.
“After a few years DJing around the globe, it’ll be great to return to the live stage,” says Felix. “To connect to people with life-affirming energy and give people a great time.
“It’s great our hits are still very much alive with younger generations so we connect across the age range – and it’ll be great to pop in a couple of bangers from our forthcoming album too.”
Basement Jaxx will be at Dreamland on Saturday, July 26 2025.
The team behind the Margate Summer Series have also announced that the Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter are joining the line-up for next year, along with the likes of Supergrass, The Libertines and Texas.
