You may never think of the dandelion as just a stubborn weed again, after visiting the Kent Wildlife Trust’s annual wildlife photography competition.
The humble plant has been captured as a thing of beauty by overall winner David Wanostrocht’s close-up.
The exhibition at Smallhythe Place in Tenterden sees photographers from all over Kent capturing the best the county has to offer, from fauna to flora, to marine, landscapes, coastlines and people. The competition is now in its eleventh year.
David’s winning image is showcased alongside the other winning images.
Entry is free, but normal admission charges apply. Catch the exhibition at the National Trust’s Smallhythe Place until Sunday, March 31.
