Comedian Brian Conley will finally perform his anticipated tour date in Kent, more than three months later than planned.
The former EastEnders actor announced his 3rd Farewell Tour to Date in the autumn of last year, with a night at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford as one of the original venues.
However, after the theatre was forced to close in September when reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) was discovered in the roof, the tour date was postponed until this year.
The panto star, who recently left his role as Rocky on Albert Square after two and a half years, will now perform at the temporary Orchard West Theatre on Thursday, February 15.
The comic will also return to the county this summer with a show at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley on Saturday, June 15 as one of the more recent dates added to the tour.
Alongside his role on EastEnders, the actor is best known for the Brian Conley Show, a comedy variety show and chat show which ran from 1992 to 1995 and again from 2000 to 2002, and his record-breaking eight appearances on the Royal Variety Performance.
He has also starred in a number of musicals such as Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Hairspray and Jolson, for which he was nominated for an Olivier Award.
Over the Christmas period, the funnyman is often found performing in pantos up and down the country - including a starring role in Aladdin at the Orchard Theatre back in 2005.
His return to Dartford this month will see the TV personality bring comedy, live music and conversation to fans.
