Around 450 participants are expected to be caught red handed, yellow bellied or possibly in the pink for the family-friendly KM Colour Run this Sunday (June 10).
Fun runners will be showered with vivid shades of coloured powder along the 5K route staged at Betteshanger Park near Deal.
The event is organised by the KM Charity Team in partnership with Specsavers and will not be timed - so families, friends, and fundraisers can complete the course at their own pace. Every participant will receive a medal at the finish line.
Booking cost is £20 for adults, £12 for under-16s, and free for children less than four years of age. The price includes limited edition KM Colour Run t-shirt, sunglasses, and a small bag of coloured powder to throw during the event.
Run for fun or to raise sponsorship for a favourite charity.
Or join in without breaking a sweat by becoming a Colour Bandit for £10 and help to throw coloured powder at a colour station.
Visit www.kmcharityteam.co.uk/booking and use the online discount code KMNEWS18.
Participants can just turn up and pay on the day at a cost of £25 per adult and £15 for under-16s. Under-4s go free. Check in is from 8.30am and the event starts at 10am.
The KM Colour Run is one of many challenge events staged annually by the KM Charity Team including the KM Charity Walk on June 24, KM Dragon Boat Race on July 1, and new to 2018 the Zombie Charge on October 28.
