Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli will be serving up a top quality side order to drive-in movies this summer.
The award-winning Italian maestro will be serving up food from his latest concept, Casa Zilli, at the cinema nights coming to Mabledon Farm near Tunbridge Wells.
Flix Drive-In movies will be screening fun favourites Lion King, Minions, Little Mermaid, Wall-E and Matilda, as well as Mamma Mia, Rocketman, Grease and A Star Is Born and evenings will screen the likes of Fight Club, 1917, Pulp Fiction, Superbad, and Joker.
Aldo said: “Flix is a modern twist to a classic concept; there’s an array of top Hollywood blockbusters to choose from, with high-quality sound and vision, great food supplied by my excellent team, and all from the safety and comfort of your own car.
“I’m hosting the first event at Casa Zilli in Surrey later this month, and the demand for my new food concept has been so high, we have signed up for the rest of the summer with Flix. I know the team really well, so with their event contacts and expertise, and my passion for excellent food and great service, it was a natural fit for my new project.”
The films run from Wednesday, August 5 to Sunday, August 9 at 11am, 3.30pm and 8pm with programmes to suit all ages.
They will be held at the car boot fair site in London Road, Southborough. Gates open an hour before each show.
Tickets per car start at £29 with a booking fee, with visitors being allocated their own, socially-distanced parking space. You can pre-order your refreshments to be delivered to your car on the night.
