Perry Court Farm’s annual Apple Fayre takes place this weekend. More than 200 varieties of apple will be on display at the farm in Bilting, near Ashford, to taste and buy.
There will be orchard walks, a display of vintage engines, and demonstrations of working shire horses.
Keen bakers can also take part in the apple pie competition, with top prizes to be won. Entries have to be dropped off at the farm before 10am on Saturday, October 19.
The fayre is taking place from 10am to 5pm, Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20.

Green fingered festival visitor
A celebrity guest will be dropping into this year’s Apple Festival at Brogdale Farm.
Christine Walkden, resident gardening guru on the BBC’s One Show, will be attending the event in Faversham on Sunday, October 20, to meet visitors and offer some top horticultural tips.
Her visit is just one of the attractions at this year’s festival, which runs from 10am to 5pm on Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20.
There will be hundreds of apple varieties to taste and buy over the weekend, along with the chance to take a tour of the orchards.
Tasty treats will be on offer, including locally produced cider, ale, fruit and vegetables, sauces and preserves, along with craft stalls selling handmade goods. There will also be live music and cooking demonstrations.

Take a tour of a working farm
Gore Farm in Sittingbourne, one of the core apple growers for Sainsbury's supermarket, will be opening its gates to the public this weekend.
Visitors will be able to learn how apples are grown and taste some of the varieties on offer. It runs from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20.
