When it comes to courtroom thrillers, Twelve Angry Men is one of the best-known and best-loved.
After a record-breaking run on the West End, this gripping show is heading out on the road, including five nights in Canterbury.
The nationwide tour includes a number of familiar faces in its cast, with names from stage and screen making up the infamous 12 jurors.
Former soap stars Jason Scott Merrells (Emmerdale), Gray O'Brien (Coronation Street) and Michael Greco (EastEnders) will all be making an appearance in the touring production.
Kent-born actor Tristan John Gemmill, who studied at both Holmewood House School in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge School, has been part of the London cast and will continue to star in the show as it tours the country.
The show is based on Reginald Rose’s script, which was originally written for television but eventually inspired the Academy Award-nominated film.
The critically acclaimed film was released in 1957 and starred Henry Fonda, Ed Begley and Lee J Cobb.
The edge-of-your-seat drama follows 12 jurors who must decide the fate of a teenager who is accused of killing his father.
