Danger and delight will go hand in hand for little ones as a new stage show, Dinosaur World, roars into life this weekend.
The show, which is suitable for ages three and over, transports audiences to the lost island of Mundo De Los Lagartos Terribles, a land of giant lizards which is rumoured to be inhabited by dinosaurs who escaped extinction.
With life-like puppetry, audience members will meet the flesh-eating giant the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Segnosaurus and a baby Triceratops, among others.
The interactive show is followed by a “meat and greet” where visitors can meet the dinosaurs in person.
Performed by Danielle Stagg as Miranda with puppeteers Yana Penrose, Mikey Brett, Tom Norman, James Taylor and Emma Thornett, it is produced by NICOLL Ltd.
Tickets are £15.50 – or £18 for the danger seats!
Dinosaur World will be at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford on Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6. To book tickets visit orchardtheatre.co.uk or call 01322 220000.
