Children’s author and TV star David Walliams will be stopping off at Bluewater to sign copies of his new book, the World’s Worst Pets.
David, along with the book’s illustrator Adam Stower, will be meeting fans at the shopping centre, just outside of Dartford, on Wednesday, June 8.
The Waterstones book signing includes a copy of the new children's book and a special goody bag to take home.
The book, the World’s Worst Pets, features ten tales of the outlandish creatures such as a magician’s rabbit, a supersonic tortoise and a monstrous goldfish.
The actor-turned-author has already released three books in the World’s Worst series: the World’s Worst Children, the World’s Worst Teachers and the World’s Worst Parents.
Adam has collaborated with the Britain’s Got Talent judge to illustrate some of his previous books, including Marmalade and Little Monsters.
The store is expecting a high turn-out of fans wanting to meet David and Adam and guests are warned that they should expect to queue before the signing.
The website also advises that there will be a limit of one book per person and there will not be time to write any dedications inside the books.
However, fans will be able to take a photo with David and Adam at the event.
David Walliams and Adam Stower will be at Bluewater Waterstones on Wednesday, June 8 from 4pm. Tickets cost £9. Book online here.
