Your invite to the opening party on Thursday, October 24 will give you a chance to taste some of The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie's excellent dishes, from classics like shepherd's pie and blackened cod to exciting new flavours such as the artichoke and sweet potato tagine.

There's also a carefully curated drinks menu of expertly crafted cocktails, all created at the restaurant's stylish bar, and a selection of champagne and fine wines.

At the helm will be general manager Diogo Bolan, who brings expertise from The Ivy Wimbledon, and head chef Ilias Kalogiannis, whose culinary prowess spans over a decade.

The new restaurant, located at the corner of The Parade and Rose Lane, is the Ivy Collection's 41st restaurant and will offer high-quality food, exceptional service, and an all-day dining experience in the heart of the city.
