Eurovision star Sam Ryder is set to perform a headline concert at the Kent coast this summer.
The singer is the latest name to be announced for this year’s Margate Summer Series, which will see artists such as Bryan Adams, Status Quo, Paloma Faith and Busted perform at the town’s Dreamland venue.
Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, March 20 at 9am and can be purchased here.
After rising to fame with his viral TikTok videos covering songs by popular artists, Sam Ryder was selected to represent the UK in Eurovision 2022.
His single, Space Man, saw him place second in the contest and become the highest-scoring UK contestant in history.
The song reached No. 2 on the UK Singles Chart, making it the UK’s highest-charting Eurovision entry since Gina G’s Ooh Aah Just a Little Bit in 1996.
Since his appearance at the global music competition, Sam has been nominated for a BRIT Award, Emmy Award and MTV Music Video Award.
His debut album, There's Nothing but Space Man, was released in 2022 and reached the top of the UK Albums Chart.
Sam Ryder will perform on Dreamland’s outdoor Scenic Stage on Thursday, June 27.
