Bluewater's cinema will be showing four festive film classics in the run-up to Christmas.
Kicking off with Elf on Sunday, December 8, Will Ferrell’s Buddy adventure around New York, they will be screened on selected dates until Wednesday, December 18.
In Elf, join Buddy the elf as he navigates the real world spreading Christmas sparkle and magic. It will also be screened on Monday, December 16.
Following that will be quirky 80s classic Gremlins, restored to 4K ultra definition.
Watch the Gremlins creating chaos, tearing up the town on a wintry Christmas Eve on Monday, December 9 and Friday, December 13.
Experience the real magic of White Christmas with the 1954 timeless classic starring Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney on Tuesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 18.
The golden age of Hollywood comes to the big screen with The Bishop’s Wife starring Cary Grant and David Niven. Seven decades on from its release, this lesser known but much-loved Christmas film will be shown on Thursday, December 12 and Wednesday, December 18.
James Dobbin, director of event cinema, said: “We are very excited to be screening a selection of Christmas films this December.
"With the hustle and bustle of the season, we want to offer guests a chance to escape at Showcase Cinema and experience the warmth and magic of watching some festive classics.”
